PAC used to be a family company where the people were caring, now it just seems like its every man for themselves and people will go out of their way to take you out to get your job. the plant level management is not what it needs to be or anything near how good it used to be. HR really needs revamp

I have the best bosses I've ever had! they are caring and understanding.

Working with people out side of the shipping office, they are really nice and caring
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the pay scale is not equal based on comments made by Admins on the plant floor
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees in shipping all are very negative, do the least amount possible and are always talking bad about other employees its mental exhausting.
