In the past, I felt very secure in my position. With a new manager that isn't great at dealing with people and the slew of layoffs we've had in the last couple of years, I'm not feeling as secure as I used to.

We have really good health care coverage and it's a really nice perk to not have to pay the premiums!

We have a great rapport and are always happy to help each other. A nice collaborative effort to make work enjoyable.

I enjoy how laid back the work environment is. It's still professional, and we work fast, but it's not a stressful climate.

I love that this large company doesn't have a strict, corporate feel to it. The company recognizes that we're all people and not numbers.

We work really well together - everyone is in charge of their own thing, but everyone is willing to help each other if/ when needed.

I appreciate that the leadership team is aware of the issues we face as a company and are making strides to work through them and make PAC more efficient.

I love the laidback atmosphere - it's a professional setting & we're all working hard, but it feels breezy and there's never any conflict/ drama I need to worry about.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is lacking, specifically in my dept. Some people receive necessary information, but it is rarely shared in a reliable format (info is spread by word of mouth instead of in an email to the entire team.)
What makes you most happy at work?
I love feeling like I've accomplished a lot at the end of the day. Some days it can feel like I've hit a brick wall at every step, and other times I can look back & see I've completed a lot of my tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that everyone on my team wants us all to succeed and are willing to help anyone else in need. Partially because we're struggling with a manager who isn't able to help us with anything, we've come to rely on each other even more so.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is something we're always needing improvement on - my leadership team needs to be better at communicating the same information to everyone at the same time. It would also be nice for my leadership team to know how D365 works and how to find information within that system.
