The experience overall has been good other than when the change was made to go 8 hrs and the negative impact to home life started.

Leading the best crew and knowing that we keep our goals in mind at all times throughout the shift.

We all pitch in and help each other and on my shift particularly that includes helping across departments if needed.

I love how everyone on my shift gets along with each other and there is a minimal amount of drama

The culture we have created is one where anyone can have an open and candid conversation with anyone else without fear of repercussions.

The most positive thing about the culture is that PAC as a whole has the employees well being in mind at all times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was paid what I am worth. There are people in my position that make what I make and I came into PAC with almost 10 yrs of experience.

There were some changes made last year that were not expected and it was something that I did not negotiate initially. It has greatly impacted my home life in a negative way and when I asked to be compensated for it, I was told no.
