I've been with PAC for almost five years. The last year was tough because we shut down the Whirlpool production in Monroe and laid off a good portion of the staff. I have assumed a new role with estimating and some other projects.

Everyone listens and genuinely cares about each other and is respectful.

The leadership team really seems to value the employee's work life and their feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kindness and the team always say good morning band no one seems to have a bad attitude.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel I have a lot to offer and feel that I'm part of the team, and I really like what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pac Health care. My last company I worked for the health care benefits decreased every year and the cost would still go up. You can tell that PAC works hard to provide us afortable health care.
