I think it is a good company to work for. I like the work life balance that I have. Things changed greatly over covid and it think it was for the better.

Good company to work for. Durning covid it was rush rush rush. Now we are going back and fixing some of the things that were missed or skipped.

Having fun challenging projects/problems to solve.

Compensation and vacation rate is low for someone with my amount of experience.

Vacation policy is too low, also not being able to take a half day. Also compensation is low compared to the market.

I feel like I can have a conversation with anyone, Packer to VP. People are always asking me how my family are doing.

My favorite thing is the people that I work with. I interact with many different levels of people and can have good conversation with packers all the up the organization chart.
