Compensation is very good, due to rising stock and big equity component. Company is poorly run. Senior execs second guess subject matter experts, so strategy and plans constanrjy change. Thats exhausting. Good thing pay is so good.

My immediate team ia great. People are polite and caring and supportive.

People should be more resoectful of each other's time. Be more selectuve about schedukikg meetings.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership says the right things but they dont take actions to imolemebt what they say. Need to treat people with respect.
