it is very fast paced and you have to enjoy that to work here. If you're looking for a 9-5 "follow the rules" kind of place this is not for you. I love the challenge and the rewards. Most employees are smart, considerate and have the right intentions. What more can you ask for?

I choose what projects I work on. very entrepreneurial.

we're all in this together mentality. we use humor to get through the tough bits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the new(er) focus on diversity and genuine desire to hire more women in senior roles
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired a long time ago. I don't really remember. It was fast and efficient. but the actual interviews were intense.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
their ability to change, be more human and less "executive" it was a rough start, but Covid has made them recognize that barriers need to be lowered and humility raised for everyone to succeed.
