The overall strategy is excellent and that has been reflected in the market results. We really have a great story to tell
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have done a lot of work around the cultural piece. We don't tolerate "brilliant idiots" no matter how talented you are, if you don't treat people well then it won't be tolerated
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a real culture of collaboration, and people just wanting to get things done. For the most part there is no ego and everyone feels like they are pulling in the same direction
