What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, realistic, and demanding while still caring most about the well-being of our employees (knowing that well-being is critical to success at every level).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcomed and supported regardless of background, circumstances, and personal beliefs (within reason of course, and not at the expense of the good of the team--for example, those who do not believe in vaccinations have the option to avoid entering our buildings by working remotely).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My retirement savings are a key part of my financial health but the 401k matching is anemic. A percentage match of our contributions to our 401k would bring us more inline with many of our competitors who offer a much more robust matching of our retirement funding.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interactions with my immediate teammates as well as those outside of my team when the occasion arises; how our management and compensation teams strive to take care of our employees; and the continued success of our company year-over-year that proves our value and contribution to society.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The forethought that goes into every requisition before any applicants are brought into an interview; the corroboration between team members to share the burden and results of every step of the interview before making a decision; and the quality of candidates that make it to the interview process.
