I have had a very positive experience working at Palo Alto Networks. They have many programs and initiatives geared toward making sure employees have a healthy work life balance. Especially during the pandemic, I have felt supported in ways I didn't even know I needed.

The best part of my compensation package is the health insurance. Very low cost, but high coverage and easy to use!
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is solving problems that people run into everyday. A lot of my job includes automation, so it brings be joy to make repeatable processes easier for everyone!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is excited about what they do, and committed to gathering feedback about any major changes. They have very clear communication, and I know that they appreciate and support what all of us do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The themes of collaboration, integrity, and execution that are embedded into daily tasks make working with my team highly enjoyable. Everyone wants to achieve a common goal, and it's awesome to have people that will lift each other up to get there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the recruiters asked questions about me and my workstyle, instead of just focusing on my resume. Once you're a part of the interview process, they are very invested in making sure you get through to the job that fits you the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture at Palo Alto Networks is the mutual effort to create a sense of belonging. Not only is Diversity and Inclusion an important focus of the company, but everyone actively works toward making that a standard practice to have everyone feel accepted.
