While the decisions taken by the leadership team are generally controversial, those decisions are working and improving the overall product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in the number of stocks is desired. But increase in the base salary is must needed. The base salary is too low and not great due to the HCOL in bay area.
