Tonight I just had my general manager tell a customer/former employee that her son has Covid which her son lives with her and she was at work wearing a mask even tho she was vaccinated. My parents are both high risk and I think if a family member you live with has the virus stay home!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a raise would help!!

Don’t really remember lol. I’ve been working for the company 5-6 years
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together sometimes and the shifts run smoothly from time to time. More team work would be better
What makes you most happy at work?
Having help at the grill when I am busy with orders. And not leaving work till almost 10:00 at night.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less talking behind peoples backs and more positve feed back if something is done wrong or not correctly. Especially by management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is good but not that smart when it comes to covid. The general manager said her son has the virus but still worked tonight.
