What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On good days everyone gets along with little to no issues, but every week there is at least 2 days where no one is particularly happy or in a good mood about working at this place
Excellent teamwork between the restaurants. .
I feel like we're good at listening to each other and getting to the task in a speedy and pleasant manner

We all just talk about funny things to make the go by.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More organization, better communication, more welcoming atmosphere
The harassment, bullying, and favoritism need to be addressed. The empty promises to keep people are ridiculous. And nothing is done about problems even when taken to the next level.

Less talking behind peoples backs and more positve feed back if something is done wrong or not correctly. Especially by management.
