What are some of the best things about your team?
Some are good while others lack and do not care about this job or the safety of our fellow customers
I'm understanding that my shift rleaders understand how I feel and what going on in the store
They are all working together to achieve our goals. They help each other when a team member is experiencing a challenging problem.
I feel like we have a good time working with each other while also getting the job done as soon and efficiently as possible

The personability of them all, I feel like some are extended family
We all work together sometimes and the shifts run smoothly from time to time. More team work would be better
The crew members, that is it everything else in that store is not correct according to papa gino's standards

Some are amazing but most are kind of scuzzy and will talk behind your back every chance they get

No one is motivated. We just closed half the locations

Increase of speed and production. They are all new cause everyone quite because of poor leadership.
