Increase of speed and production. They are all new cause everyone quite because of poor leadership.
On good days everyone gets along with little to no issues, but every week there is at least 2 days where no one is particularly happy or in a good mood about working at this place

When I started 7 years ago I was able to have a good conversation with the general manager at the time and really build a bond with her, thus providing me with the ability to obtain the job and work my way up the chain
