Performance based bonus with additional compensation for surpassing targets.

I do appreciate the opportunity to do what I like and get paid but gas prices are so high and while I'd like a more gas efficient car I currently drive a minivan

I don't expect much in this regard based on my position/hours

Getting a raise would help!!

Because on a survey for Bristol County, it says most employees make up to $17.50/ per hour, and I make $13.50

I would like somebody to teach this general manager how to be a manager.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some are good while others lack and do not care about this job or the safety of our fellow customers

I'm understanding that my shift rleaders understand how I feel and what going on in the store

They are all working together to achieve our goals. They help each other when a team member is experiencing a challenging problem.

I feel like we have a good time working with each other while also getting the job done as soon and efficiently as possible

On good days everyone gets along with little to no issues, but every week there is at least 2 days where no one is particularly happy or in a good mood about working at this place

The harassment, bullying, and favoritism need to be addressed. The empty promises to keep people are ridiculous. And nothing is done about problems even when taken to the next level.

When I started 7 years ago I was able to have a good conversation with the general manager at the time and really build a bond with her, thus providing me with the ability to obtain the job and work my way up the chain

That they get to pick my brain and I get to pick theirs
