I have quite enjoyed my experience. It is definitely still in start-up/growth phase, so things change a lot and they can change quickly, but I like that about the company. Everyone is used to change and willing to help each other through some of the growing pains.

Our team gets along very well and is ready to lift up and support whenever it is needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are a lot of rounds of interviews at Pilot, but the scheduling is very prompt and works well with your schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to share the same goals for the company and want to do anything to help each other get there. I have yet to run into someone with an ego and is rude or unwilling to help.
