Constructive Feedback from Employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The Executive Director and Senior Management do not value any input or suggestions at all. They have also been caught giving themselves undeclared bonuses and are not much trusted by staff.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Senior leadership needs to be replaced. Its a public sector stereotype, with senior management being totally disconnected to their staff. There's a very strong dismissive attitude towards suggestions brought by lower staff.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Senior Management has an aggressive policy against transparency, to the point that they autodelete staff emails regularly to avoid a PRA. Management often makes large errors in projects resulting in added costs, and in general do not have technical experience.
