Before Crossmark (my former company) merged into Premium, it was a good job even if the pay wasn't great. And now none of our managers seem how to do anything and we're constantly getting blamed for it. They merged our companies and changed so much while explaining basically nothing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. And we need more managers so they aren't all so overloaded with work that they quit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine. We're a largely independent work force so I just don't like working with people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more. I get paid minimum wage. That's less than they're paying brand new employees, but they have a "freeze" on raises and have for the last six months. I've worked with this company for a year and a half and I'm not even getting paid the same as new employees.
