You have to be a complex person and hard worker to be a part of Pret in general as the company and the expectations are high. As a 17 years old girl , i can say that this is perhaps the worst place to work , as the management wants you to do work for three people at ones.

They have to do team meetings as we never had one for each possition

To include equolity between people's understanding and give chance to people learn and be motivated

I never had one , i wish this to be improved and manager to put more attention on what skills people are willing to shop on their working place
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To provide online training on time and be there for their team. There are many things to be improved for sure. Mentaly its the worst when you dont have support from your leaders.
