What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm actually part of the leadership team where I work and like the fact that as a team we are all friendly, kind, supportive caring and approachable. This aids a friendly well trained staff team to work in our store each day.
They always work their socks off for the employees and strive for a better business

To provide online training on time and be there for their team. There are many things to be improved for sure. Mentaly its the worst when you dont have support from your leaders.

They have to do team meetings as we never had one for each possition
It's not they're fault. We're all stressed and overworked.

good buzzing environment where i never look at the clock because I am bored. There is always something to do

I was on a pret a Manager team member interview. The job description states they are looking for someone who works in the kitchen and with customers.

What makes you most happy at work?
Serving the customer the exact product they have requested maybe offering a little something more than just good customer service. We get to know our regular customers and its always nice to have their drink ready before they've paid for their purchase. It's those little details where we stand out!
