I probably could have answered tjis two years ago but not anymore

When we lost our quarterly bonuses it hurt us way more then corporate thinks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What isn't goimg wrong. They are opening way to many stores too fast, they have begun to not care about employees, they no longer show appreciation
