I love that we don't just show up to work hard but we also play hard together! It's important to have a culture of joy!

We don't just have meetings to have meetings. We move forward and make important decisions together and we simply try to have fun while doing important work.

We have leadership that values the unique strengths that each individual brings to the team and the company. This is what it means to be inclusive for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our corporate bonus as well as our health benefits! A perk that is often overlooked is the Redfin 5 R&R where we are given a week off when we hit the 5-year mark.
