The price is competitive for a family of four.

The bonus structure is great! Hourly pay for listing coordinators in Texas is not. We should not be making the same hourly pay as retail workers or some fast-food workers. I have worked at companies in the past with a bonus structure. I have never been told to rely on my bonus for my primary income.

More equity. Stock options to give me more skin in the game
