Coming into Redfin as an outsider, I was made to feel like an outsider. I have also been made to feel like I am not 'happy' enough and for that reason, my values do not align with theres. I have NEVER been made to feel like this or have someone complain about me not being happy.

Receiving the raise I was told I would receive once hired in the timeframe. Also, job growth. Something to look forward to career wise.
