What makes you most happy at work?
For me, I love owning a large product area and working every day to take it to the next level. We've created a long term vision I'm excited to work towards and my coworkers are hilarious, so there's that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is why I stay at Redfin. I can't imagine a more enthusiastic, focused yet fun, energetic and intelligent group of people. I can honestly say I look forward to seeing them each day! Teamwork or ego, authenticity over appearance, quirkiness celebrated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is sensitive to the perils of 'executive swoop in' and strikes a healthy balance between team accountability and team autonomy. Teams have the freedom the earn through performance and execs have an inclusive strategy process. Everyone has a chance to contribute their ideas.
