What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have medical and dental insurance as a real estate agent, and it's not an obscene monthly cost.

It was great. I think the agents could get paid a little more and the managers should get compensated more from their team and not from showing houses as much

We are there for each other, and we know it. If one person needs help, they know they will get it. And masterminding with professionals without the risk of judgement is always nice.

The management team really does care about employees and customers. Everything they do is under the guide of how will it help our customers and employees. They aren't doing this for the money they are doing because of a passion that we all share.

There is a sense of purpose with everything we do. I never feel like I'm spinning my wheels trying to find something to do, or find a way to drum up some business. If the tools and staff are utilized, you can set your own limits and shine from there.
