I'm actually a bit dumbfounded that Redfin is not recruiting schools. If I had known of them, besides word of mouth from other realtors, I'd have joined long ago.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have medical and dental insurance as a real estate agent, and it's not an obscene monthly cost.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Impeccable follow up. There is a sense of team work that is rarely found in the real estate world. There is always support if and when I need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are there for each other, and we know it. If one person needs help, they know they will get it. And masterminding with professionals without the risk of judgement is always nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it wasn't just one person doing the interview. Different people, with different points of view, and different interests asked me questions that pertained to the job, but also my qualifications as a person and a professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a servants heart. I love to be able to take care of people, and there's no better way to do that than to make sure they are in a home that they love, and can live in long term.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense of purpose with everything we do. I never feel like I'm spinning my wheels trying to find something to do, or find a way to drum up some business. If the tools and staff are utilized, you can set your own limits and shine from there.
