The freedom and flexibility are the most valuable aspects of this job. The teams and support staff are the best I've worked with. I take any opportunity to share my positive experience with anyone looking for new employment or a company that is truly flexible with their employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holiday pay is nice. I wish pay could be re evaluated but the opportunity to make money is still there with effort. my work life balance is easy to maintain.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises based in merit and even tenure are a joke. No practical recognition program.

My team is Genuine and easy to relate to I see families and individuals like myself all working towards a goal.

Everyone tries to make each day a constructive day. Agents are positive and easy to work with. Most if not all Agents are open when communicating changes to tours and work with us to keep our customers happy.
