Very fun and diverse place to work in but a lot of organization, management and training is needed. I believe our retention is not great because we scare people away with lack of training and being thrown into the fire with crazy expectations.

The collaboration..... but they do not collaborate with the correct people.. or leave some people out that should be involved in leadership decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with our bookstore partners who are as dedicated about the IA program as I am and who are not scared to ask questions and grow.
