The pay scale for my position, generally/in the industry, has shifted upward dramatically, and I my salary has not kept up.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We welcome input and value from all levels. We are free to communicate frankly and directly.

We continue to grow quickly, but it doesn't seem to ruffle the culture. Everyone is busy but makes time for smiles, laughs, and activity. RedShelf also coordinates a ton of events to bring folks together from time to time since we're all remote.

I love that the culture is casual and friendly/lively, but everyone is still very hard-working and committed to their work. It shows that a company doesn't have to be super stuffy and serious to be high-performing and successful.

I love my colleagues and also love that I am able to propose "big ideas" and actually see them through to fruition. Unlike some really huge and bureaucratic places I have worked, you can move quickly and get things done at RedShelf.
