Overall I love RedShelf, but I feel like there are some serious problems that we as a company need to deal with internally. I am committed to being part of the solution, but the first step there is to acknowledge that we have big problems.

The bi-annual bonus is the best part of our compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is fantastic. They listen to my concerns and solve problems on my behalf. They are hard-working and willing to get into the weeds with me.
