I owe the company a lot. I've spent years here. I wouldn't have if I didn't love a lot of things about it. However, lately I'm growin disillusioned. Though management is very willing to hear your input, it is very seldom implemented.

Talking to coworkers, free food, and low stress.

They asked applicable questions instead of asking about irrelevant hypotheticals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good camaraderie. Have friends on the team I spend time with outside work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance premium is very expensive and the pay is low compared to similar jobs in Utah Valley. At least they could use the money they're saving on our paychecks to offset some of the premium costs.
