Waste Connections: WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.

Aflac: There are very few agents that actually know what they are doing. So many new comers that don't stay and after 20 years I'm tired of training new agents that don't know what they are doing. It's frustrating and now looking for another group to write our Cafeteria plan after all these years.
