Edwards Lifesciences Corporation: Worked for 3 years. The workload and pressure from management to achieve a lot in small timeframes is a severe issue. The non management people make and sustain the good culture. Good perks globally are available.
Applebee's: I've been working 2 positions for the past 4 months and only getting paid the basic wage of 1 position with the promises from management that they are hiring new people to cover the position. It is beyond stressful! "Be a team player", they say. All while management sits in the dining room.
ALDI USA: Brand should bring back anti-discriminatory programs and hiring practices. You rolled back DEI mentions on your careers page, so I will no longer shop with you. Good job losing $50-100/week in grocery sales. I am sure I am not alone. I stand by inclusive practices and will put my money there too.

Hy-vee: I have been treated very well and promoted several times. At other places, I would likely not have been promoted as fast. They were willing to give me a chance and take a chance with me. I love Hy-Vee and would recommend working there to anyone who doesn't mind working at work.
AbbVie: The company is inclusive and All For One until it is convenient; Contractors are excluded and ignored for their work in cases where it is an employee-only situation. No paid holidays, can't use the bank, no discounts, and overlooked for hiring opportunities.
Eaton: Very little micro managing day to day.

WIS International: Almost everything. A response from anyone at the company is hard to get.
Allstate: Great experience, they allow for a fully remote environment and the teams you get to work with are well connected and helpful at all times
Kroger: Increase consistant and trained workforce; too much staff turnover; I can't use the digital coupon system.
ADP: I came from a very toxic work environment, so arriving at ADP was like a cultural shock. I didn't think a company like this could actually exist. My experience here has been a complete 180 from the work culture I had grown accustomed to.

Raising Cane's: I have been fairly dissapointed with how i am treated at my job after being there for three years i perform day in and out. Told " i need you on my shift " " Your awesome" but have twelve hours a week, the excuse is im in college but other students get the eight hour shifts on the two weekend dates.

DSW: Too much private label.! I can get better values from national brands at competing stores. I feel that even with promotions or points, I still pay much higher prices. Also the women's products feel like they've stayed classic and there are not enough trends.

The time before the salad bar had brown lettuce and so on. Employees were borderline rude. They said the lettuce comes in that way. Best salad bar ever when properly done

Jack in the Box: In bedford texas they ste illegal working there, run by managers that are Mexicans and are very prejudice against blacks. They use drugs while working and steal the workers checks.

I have been on the phone for HOURS trying to sort out a problem that UHC caused. One call was THREE HOURS. WITH NO HELP!!!
Macy's: Macy's is very poorly managed company. Over the years you can see downfall of company which was so obvious for loyal customers, but yet CEO was kept in position for many years paying himself a big salary for poor management skills. The customer service is non existant you can't contact company.

FedEx: The ethics hotline is hot at this company. Spontaneous demotions by changing job titles, changing schedules are a common occurance, no growth opportunity because they will block you if you are good at your job. No contractual integrity exists. Its basically glorified slavery.
Trader Joe's: Gluten-free products, fair prices but most of all the friendly atmosphere of happy and gracious employees.
Weis Markets: No paid Sick time or PTO. No snacks in the breakroom. Ni coffee or microwave in the Gas Kiosk. They are very flexible with scheduling.
Halifax: customer service or something like it
Nucor Corporation: The emphasis put on all things other than productivity has taken this company away from what has made it so great to start. I hope to see it go a new direction with the sole focus on productivity

Coach: I love the brand and the products however in my store we have managers who only follow rules they feel are important. These same managers often times come up at the end of sales to "help" customers but instead put the sale under themselves after doing little to no work.
Menards: If sales are slow, company cuts your hours. Instead of working 4 days a week, you might be cut down to 1 day a week. Company doesn't care about your bills. Only their profits.

Burger King: Everthing needs help all the way from the manager down to all the other employees
H&M: the corporate staff including sr management is often uninformed and unprepared to conduct meetings. The meetings have no clear agendas and are often to rehash things that had been discussed prior and have no resolution. Most meetings truly could be email.
