DispatchHealth: Mostly excellent. The work is enjoyable, scheduling is great, direct leadership is great, benefits are good. Management could use reminders that we are people with lives outside of work, families, school, other jobs, etc. Also, poor communication and transparency.
DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock: I have enjoyed the opportunity to be challenged and learn at DriveTime.
DispatchHealth: Really good willing to improve everyday
DispatchHealth: It started off as a much more enjoyable job. Now there is an intense focus on metrics and pushing to see as many patients as possible, even if they clearly need more care than we provide
Fogo de Chao: I loved working there though i had to leave for medical reasons
DispatchHealth: Overall it has been great
DispatchHealth: Great care model. Compassionate clinical team when, and only when, they are cultured and not biased. Competitive pay. Great work culture.
DispatchHealth: My experience has been fantastic. I would like that non-clinical team members would be eligible for a 401(k) match. That is a major opportunity to retain staff.
DispatchHealth: There is little to no training but high expectations. I can never be "off work" because I get calls at all hours. My pay doesn't not reflect my actual hours worked. The company seems a bit cliquish. I have no idea how many vacation days I get.
DispatchHealth: I absolutely love this company. I left for another opportunity and came back almost immediately! When interviewing at other places, I truly was able to identify the culture is unmatched. There are areas that need improvement but I am confident they are going in the right direction.
DispatchHealth: We need official paid paternal leave to show parents (birth, adoption, fostering) that we value their time and work investing in their children. We still have startup vibes so communication feels like a game of telephone. I'm happy overall!
DispatchHealth: I love seeing patients and firmly believe in the mission, but the corporate side is difficult. We are under supported and stretched too thin. We have unreasonable expectations with no resources. It undermines my belief in leadership's ability to gauge what resources are needed to achieve their goals
DispatchHealth: Knowing that the work we do is helping people.
DispatchHealth: I love being a small fingerprint on our ever growing map. I appreciate the support from leadership and the candid conversations shared
DispatchHealth: How easy they are to get along with
DispatchHealth: I think that all DHMT's deserve to be paid more. Not only do they have the clinical aspect of the job, they have the physical part as well.
The GW Medical Faculty Associates: Staffing issues no incentive for employees
Smartsheet: Diverse in thought and age. Active lifestyle.
DispatchHealth: The people are fun on my team.
DispatchHealth: I have had a really great experience at my company from the very first day
DispatchHealth: Overall experience has been great. I enjoy working with everyone here. I do feel there are several areas that can be improved & more streamlined. However, the company is very much still in its early stages. So I understand there will be several adaptations to policies, procedures, partnerships, etc
DispatchHealth: An amazing feeling to be a part of this ccompany
DispatchHealth: Great experience overall. In regards to my direct management, i wish we were challeged more and allowed to take more projects and try new things, without being afraid or making mistakes because i feel like once i make a mistake they don't trust me and n longer allow me to take on new challenges
DispatchHealth: I came on to Las Vegas market and it was a blast to work there. I was given the opportinity to transfer to Nashville to be closer to family. I have always felt supported, and am overall happy to work for DH.
DispatchHealth: I love working at Dispatch. It has been one of the best company cultures I have been a part of in my career. I like the flexibility of the work environment allowing me to work remote full time. I have good balance with my work and home life and am fully engaged in the mission of the company.
DispatchHealth: The cost of living in CO is very high, and I think there should be a cost of living increase. I have been here almost two years and have not received a raised because they never have given them before.

DispatchHealth: Yearly PTO increases. Consistent raises.

Philippine Airlines: their heart warming and excellent service
Beacon Hill: I love my coworkers & that everyone is incredibly attentive and helpful. The only things I'd change would be a shorter time span for 401K (and maybe a company match) and also some more appealing transit/ commuter benefits. Other than that, I have loved my time here and can't wait to grow with BHSG!!
Vertafore: Vertafore has exceeded my expectations. When I was hired on I was trained and given time to set up. My team has been a great help. My manager has given me time to learn and understand the code before throwing me into a project. I have recommended Vertafore to many of my friends. I love it here.
