A very challenging, sometimes disorganized company filled with many kind and smart people. Medallia is a company where it is very challenging to come up to speed since there is a huge diversity in products and approaches, but people genuinely try to help each other.

I feel like I'm the least talented and least smart person around, which means I've found great company. Everyone is generous with their time, understanding, and encouragement.

The culture is really heavily rooted in inclusion and belonging with a lot of really smart people loving what they do. When medallia says to bring "Your whole self" they mean it and welcome you as a person.

I have the opportunity to learn every day and grow my skills and abilities. Some days I feel like I'm untangling a mystery, some days I feel like I'm watching a great lecture, and some days I feel like I'm just connecting dots and turning on lightbulbs.
