What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base includes the value of a potential bonus, so it is guaranteed pay.

Bonuses were teken away for majority of enployees. No room to grow in career

It would be great Compensation to be a little bit better so I can better deal with the inflation times we are currently living. When everything else is increasing and the salary is staying the same, it is hard to manage every day costs.

I feel that I can be paid more, I totally understand the money I earn already is good, however I put in extra hours weekly, daily and monthly to ensure that the targets for the area I look after are met. I exceeded my targets consistently quarter on quarter.
