Communication around Year-End Review and promotion cycle BEFORE cycle is underway, and through official channels.

A clear goal needs to be set set for the future. Lot's of changes happening everyday. Most of them don't look co-incidental.

There is extremely wasteful practices throughout the company. These are easy targets that can potentially result in massive savings, if only someone would take the time to identify and make the decision to change them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rises to keep up with inflation, for last two years we have received less than inflation pay rises, which then overall means any rise is negated by rising costs.

The appraisals and the benefits across the geographies are widely mismatched. Concept of PPP isn't applied correctly and it leads us to a situation where some geographical locations are in better of position from the net TC value. Likewise opportunities across different departments are not equal.

Medallia needs to understand their employees and more importantly, if they absorb a company; considering what was the guidance these companies had that drove them to be leaders in their countries/region, and compensate based on that guidelines and not the ones that are "company based"

A lot can do better at being more respectful and professional. I have witnessed unacceptable behavior where you would think it would be addressed to the employee but yet they continue to be rude and childish.

Directors bias about their employees, 0 criticism tolerance, and just want to be on their comfort zone without trying to improve and because of that, is just miserable the experience

I dislike that every project is meant to be priority one. How can one manage and service multiple clients at once knowing that every time a request or project comes in, it has to be prioritized over everything. That is no way to organize a team, let alone a company. I dread waking up to this job
