Very American! Recently with change in leadership they have struggled I think to bridge the gap of saying we have been doing a great job vs we are going to change everything we do as it hasn't been good enough.

We have private health care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rises to keep up with inflation, for last two years we have received less than inflation pay rises, which then overall means any rise is negated by rising costs.
