What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are invested in the company and get to know individuals and the various needs of the company and the work that is being done or where there are things that are needed to ensure we are able to complete our mission they ensure that we are not short on anything, including staffing in any team.

The leadership team is friendly, open, and actually cares about each and every individual employee on a personal level. They are also very clear about the goals of the company and where the company stands on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually and whether we are meeting our set goals

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and bonuses are great. Our benefits are also great in general but we could have better health coverage.

Everything is great, salary, bonus, benefits, etc. But these are all reviewed regularly to ensure that they are the best possible package that the company can offer.

I work with amazing people that are all invested in the growth of Medallia and the focus of the company. They all value the work they are doing and want to continue doing great things.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work as a team and when someone is overloaded they know they can ask for help and get it and not be penalized for needing additional support.
