The bonus structure is not clearly defined in the compensation plan documentation. The plan states at your manager's discretion, rather than stating firm company, or personal, targets that need to be reached for bonus eligibility.

Encashing leaves, instead of gym membership maybe directly purchasing equipment ( since it's WFH), better incentives, evaluate based on the effort and not just the project.

There is an environment of acceptance, but I like how there is no need to discuss religion, politics, or other matters. Conversation stays on work topics usually, which is my preference.

Continue the shift away from the focus on YoY growth and customer satisfaction as the only metrics that matter for the PS team. It results in the burden of management mistakes being put on the project analysts/teams to cover for badly scoped projects and any of the numerous product bugs.

Stress levels and management that is only focused/incentivized to look/work upwards. The goal of anyone PM - Director is to give as much of their work to the people below them to free them up to work upwards towards a promotion. This results in under-supported teams until a crisis happens.
