I really enjoy how collaborative and thoughtful towards the whole solution everyone is!

I really enjoy the brainstorming and solving as a collective. The diversity in thought helps drive the best outcomes!
What makes you most happy at work?
In addition to the people I work with I really enjoy the course content that we have available to us in our learning management systems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus structure is not clearly defined in the compensation plan documentation. The plan states at your manager's discretion, rather than stating firm company, or personal, targets that need to be reached for bonus eligibility.
