I've really enjoyed the majority of my experience here. I've been given countless opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. I've been given a generous amount of autonomy as long as I deliver the work I've committed to. There are frustrations, but in my experience, leadership genuinely cares.

I really love the bonus!

Doing my best to try to create an elegant solution to a complex challenge.

Our team has a high level of collaboration and we help each other when needed.

Most people, including leadership, are open hearing new ideas. People are generally helpful and supportive.

Our team is committed to quality and making a conscious effort for doing things the right way, if at all feasible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't been around long enough for bonuses yet, but am looking forward to that. Base pay is most important, but the bonus is exciting and definitely provides additional motivation!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company values collaboration and quality as well as delivery. I've worked at several places with a "get it done yesterday" mindset, so I really appreciate the culture and environment here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Treating my work as a "craft" and trying to deliver with high quality. I try to take pride and care in my work. Many of my coworkers have a similar perspective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that I've been given a generous amount of autonomy to incorporate enhancements to our developer workflow and tools, and I appreciate the value that the leadership sees in my contributions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We get a healthy level of autonomy and trust, and it is on us not to break those. Our company places a lot of value on quality, and I don't feel forced to cut corners all the time.
