Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is a bit under what I would consider to to market rates. The benefits are expensive compared to the last few companies I was at. The PTO schedule is lacking and they split out sick leave to a different bank.

We need to eliminate the "moment in time", and adopt a "all the time" mentality. Why celebrate Women or Black History... 1/12 of the year?

would like to see more activity with ERG's. Onboarding could be improved to be more welcoming and inclusive rather than depending on the individual to find their own path.
