What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Take accountability of their actions and who they hire to put in management.

The leadership team needs better knowledge/training on what their team roles are. Rather than asking the team member to teach/train them on what their job is on a daily basis. With the lack of understanding the teams individual roles, it takes away from the productivity of the role to train leaders.

Explaining to their own teams on what needs to be done. I am so tired of people not doing their part and having it fall into my lap. There is a culture here where everyone tries to pass things off and it always finds its way to the Maintenance team.

The company is all about how much money they can get from consumers. We nickel and dime residents and do not offer quality in return which should not fall on RTM or anyone in a customer facing position, but it does. Capitalism at it's finest.

Long term employees do not need to be micromanaged, new manager does not give constructive feedback and points out every employees flaws however small they may be. The workload is not achievable in the time allotted.
