The leadership team needs better knowledge/training on what their team roles are. Rather than asking the team member to teach/train them on what their job is on a daily basis. With the lack of understanding the teams individual roles, it takes away from the productivity of the role to train leaders.

I do not work with co workers regularly however it is evident that the majority of the people in this department do not care much about the team goal.

I was hired as hybrid and now im begin told that I have to come into the office everyday

Extremely stressful and is a high workload. I tend to work 10 or more hours a day and still feel like more work can be done. Not enough hours in the day. More staff is needed to handle the workload.
