The leadership team needs better knowledge/training on what their team roles are. Rather than asking the team member to teach/train them on what their job is on a daily basis. With the lack of understanding the teams individual roles, it takes away from the productivity of the role to train leaders.

Our Property Manager role extends beyond traditional property management. We oversee broad operational responsibilities across our portfolios, similar to an Operations Director. I believe our compensation should better reflect the scope, complexity, and impact of the role.

We are a close-knit group, we collaborate well, the team values time management, they pay attention to detail, and they take ownership. With all of these qualities together we get things done.

This is a tough question to work with people did doesn't believe they will be able to do this work like they do, the most important thing is to be polite to each other.

I do not work with co workers regularly however it is evident that the majority of the people in this department do not care much about the team goal.

I trusted my coworkers from the beginning and found that it hit me in the back. I don't feel comfortable saying things, being me, I am scared to make mistakes, I feel that I work in a hostile environment.

I was hired as hybrid and now im begin told that I have to come into the office everyday

Extremely stressful and is a high workload. I tend to work 10 or more hours a day and still feel like more work can be done. Not enough hours in the day. More staff is needed to handle the workload.
