Overall, my experience has been very good. I love that they put time and effort into the associate and their experience, but put the same effort into their residents. They care deeply about perception and are open to feedback.

The amount of time and energy put into the associate and obtaining feedback often! They celebrate one another and hold their values high and celebrate them often!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like the work I am doing is making a difference and being able to help others makes me most happy. I feel like a contributor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very involved, but in a good way! They care about associates and while change is hard, they do an exceptional job of ensuring we have what we need!

Everyone is engaged, knowledgeable within their role, so they are considered experts in the field. They are extremely humble and great to work with, we all have each other's back!
