I believe for the work that is being performed there can be more pay.

With the job duties that are assigned to me. I believe there should be more compensation for the duties that are performed. In saving the company monies with providing services that is saving thousands of dollars.

I've been here for 4 years and at the top of my range in pay. When you get there, there's not much room for merit increases.

The salary levels at the company that are indicative of the job rather than what the employee contributes in terms of value add, workload, and quality of work. Performance based rewards are limited to only senior-top tier level employees and the reward levels are very uneven.

There is no accountability for my peer group. They are not a team or willing to pitch in to help.

There is preferential treatment at the company depending on who the department leaders vibe with. A lot of it is personality and personal choices, not based on quality of work. Very clique-like and segregated culture.
