Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my company and team, but I personally feel that my team is quite lean and that I am overperforming for what I am being compensated. I feel that a company as strong as ours can and should pay handsomely to those who deserve it.

I don't feel undervalued. After seeing the pay range during my review, I'd like to be closer to the average salary. It was an issue to see that I am closer to the lower end but I know my managers fight hard to paid fairly which is appreciated.

I feel like my workload is often really heavy and I have to work nights and on the weekend in order to keep up. I think that if I'm expected/need to work more than 40 hours a week, I should be paid more.

I think communication can be improved. I don't like waiting on others to get things done, and sometimes I have to wait and remind people over and over about something. Our customers also have a lot of issues and sometimes it feels like we're trying to get money rather than help them.
